Important information for using pessaries

Do not use pessary applicators during pregnancy. There is a risk of injury if handled incorrectly,
as the area around the cervix is very sensitive in pregnant women. Instead, pessary treatment should preferably be performed without insertion aids.
In general, the following applies:
Ask your doctor before using pessaries during pregnancy.

Do not administer treatment during menstruation.
So that you do not have to interrupt your treatment, it should be completed before periods start.
Talk to your doctor if you are shortly due to have a period at the start of treatment.
